It has been a long, yet baby - steps Three years.
Not an easy journey, with so many problems and challenges that surfaced. Too many things have happened, resulting in a few major changes along the way. Be it the departure of old members and arrival of new members, or the change in committee, mission and vision, there has been a pretty great shift.
The Journey was full of laughter, feelings, teamwork, perspiration, hard work, fame, understanding and definitely Passion for music. More would be coming along as we move on, slowly steadying our footsteps in this Growing up Years.
Even as an individual, the personal opinion I have of BBCO has changed over the years. I used to think that BBCO is a place for me to love Music once more and indulge in the days of playing in an Orchestra. Now, it has become a part of my Sunday routine that I spend time with all these friends I have here. It's no longer the music that ties me down, it's the relationship that allows me to love this Orchestra. The ties that bind all of us together, with Music.
Three years, call it long, yet it seem pretty short. We had joy, we had fun. We had seasons in the sun. :)
From an ordinary member, to a committee member, then to a family member. It takes a lot of effort to maintain, sustain and ensure it all pieces together as one. A Relationship takes time to nurture and takes tenacity to grow.
Being in the family, it definitely is fate that brought all of us together.
May BBCO thrive better and stronger,
become a home where friendship blooms,
